The visit and exchange of the research team in Jiangxi Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone aimed to promote the project of Jiangxi New Generation Electronic Information Achievement Commercialization Research Institute under the cooperation of the three sides of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, and THTI Zhiyun Technology. Liu Qiang, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Chair of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, expressed the importance attached by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee to the project of Jiangxi New Generation Electronic Information Achievement Commercialization Research Institute in the exchange. Liu Qiang pointed out that the tripartite cooperation among Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, and THTI Zhiyun Technology has realized the "integration and superposition" of the advantages of the local industrial chain and the advantages of scientific research talents in universities through a more flexible, pragmatic and efficient cooperation mechanism, and explored the new model of talent introduction, talent training and talent appointment in the new development stage.

In Jiangxi High-level Talent Industrial Park, Chen Yan focused on the introduction of the future development blueprint of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone that the High-tech Industrial Development Zone will provide more relaxed policies for talent development and build a modern new zone with innovative vitality and competitiveness. Chen Wenhua, Director of the Institute of Microwave & Antenna, Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, expressed that as a native of Nanchang, the changes in the hometown is refreshing, and it is hoped that in the future, the scientific research projects of the institute will have the opportunity to be commercialized and implemented in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Wang Jintao, Director of the Institute of Communication, Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, said that the industrial development positioning of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone and the original intention of the High-level Talent Industrial Park are highly consistent with the scientific research directions of the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, and the cooperation in the future has bright prospects.

During the visit, the delegation of the research team also visited representative companies in Nanchang's electronic information and related industries: Nanchang Huaqin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Nanchang O-film Tech Co., Ltd., and Jiangling Motors Group Co., Ltd. This visit and exchange fully demonstrated the industrial level of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone in electronic information and the policy support of the government in the electronic industry. The research team has a more in-depth understanding of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, thereby having confidence in the prospects for achievement commercialization, industry implementation and application R&D related cooperation.
