窦维蓓教授1995年加入清华大学电子工程系电路与系统研究所(原电路与系统教研室),现任研究所副所长,先后从事数字电视、数字音频广播和医学核磁共振信号处理系统等领域的教学和科研工作。研究方向集中在包括视听数据和神经影像数据的多模态信号处理和信息融合决策系统,包括音频信号处理和压缩、音视频联合信息检索、多模态核磁共振信号处理和信息融合等。组建了清华大学电子系“多模态数据处理系统研究室”。教学工作包括本科生必修课《数字信号处理》和《信号处理试验与设计》,研究生专业课《数字音视频信号处理》和《数字信号处理器结构分析》,2006年获清华大学优秀教学成果一等奖。发表学术论文90余篇,被国际国内学术机构引用300余次;获授权发明专利15项。截至2013年1月,已培养博士生5人、硕士生19人。

受到国家留学回国启动金的支持,负责2项国家自然基金项目,参加并完成了2项国家自然基金重点项目,负责并完成1项国家实验室学科交叉基金项目,负责并完成了12项国际/国内横向科研项目。参加科技部、自然基金委、工信部等相关项目评审工作。为多个国际、国内期刊和国际会议评审论文。

承担多项社会服务工作,包括:中国音视频标准工作组(AVS)总体组成员、音频组联合组长,负责国际和国家音频标准的编制工作;欧美同学会留法分会理事;IEEE CAS、EMBS和SA会员;中国电子学会高级会员,中国电子学会、声学学会音频工程分会第十六/十七届委员会委员;北京电子学会广播电视委员会第九届委员 。

研究领域

学术研究方向是“多传感器多模态信号处理系统” (Multisensor and Multimodal signal processing system),包括理论、应用和系统设计三方面的研究内容。理论研究包括:特异性信息提取、融合决策、评价准则和异构并行计算架构等。应用研究包括视听(Audio-visual)信号和神经影像信号处理:分析和压缩,特定目标检测和检索,肿瘤病变自动定量分析、辅助诊断和治疗等。系统设计包括:基于DSP芯片的低功耗实时处理系统、基于多核/众核异构并行计算的实时系统。

国家资助的研究项目:

中法先进研究计划PRA SI02-06—磁共振成像脑图的自动分析:应用于有病理变化的人脑的分析研究,与法国国家自然科学研究中心(CNRS)的GREYC实验室、法国卡昂大学(Université de Caen)、法国CAEN医学教育中心(CHU)、南方医院、天坛医院等合作);

研究概况

研究贡献中主要提出了:模糊信息融合框架自动分割脑多序列MRI影像中的脑肿瘤组织、模糊kappa一致性评价方法、基于NMR信号的脑组织特征的模糊建模方法、多体素活体核磁波谱(MRS)信号处理方法、联合MRS和MRI自动分割脑肿瘤组织的方法、多种音频压缩方法、基于虚拟音效的环绕声压缩方案、基于视听信号特征融合的特定事件检测系统、多种音频压缩方法的实时定点处理算法、基于众核高性能并行计算的3D神经影像数据实时处理和显示等。

与多个国际国内企业开展合作研究:

内企业合作研究包括:电子科技集团公司第三研究所委托研究项目;广晟数码技术有限公司:数字音频编解码算法理论评估;华为科技有限公司:音频编码算法的研究;中兴通信股份有限公司(ZTE):语音频分类;北京国铁华晨通信信息技术有限公司等多项合作。

国际企业合作研究包括:

美国FID公司—MP3 KARAOK 编码器、美国Motorola公司—基于DSP56824的MP3播放器、 日本Sanyo公司—压缩音频解码算法的开发、日本Sony公司—音频数据的差错隐藏、美国模拟器件公司(ADI)与清华大学的合作—ADI-清华DSP大学合作计划等。
