研究领域

(1) 针对传感-脑-机接口应用的芯片设计及系统研发。包含低功耗、低噪声、双向闭环脑机接口芯片的设计与实现方法的研究、可植入式脑信号采集/刺激器的系统设计与实现方法的研究、可穿戴/可植入传感器/传感器网络系统的设计与实现方法的研究等;

(2) 超低功耗模数混合信号集成电路设计。包含超低电压工作条件下的超低功耗、低噪声模拟集成电路芯片、模数/数模转换电路芯片、数字信号处理芯片的设计与实现方法的研究;

(3) 基于偏振获取的图像传感器设计与图像增强技术研发。包含偏振信息获取方法的研究、全集成CMOS工艺下偏振图像传感器的设计与研发、基于偏振信息的图像增强技术研发等。
