PC-based GPS/Galileo Software Receiver, 2007-2009, Principle Investigator

 

        Supported by and used in the China Galileo Test Range (CGTR) project. Main Features include:

        Multi-mode: GPS, Galileo compatible (Compass ready)

        Tri-frequency with 6 signal: GPS L1, L2, L5, Galileo E1, E5a/E5b

        Wide band antenna: cover the all navigation band, including lower L band and upper L band

        Four channels, central frequency configurable versatile wide band RF segment: four parallel down-convention channels with central frequency configurable over L band and ± 12MHz IF bandwidth

        PC (single Intel Xeon 2.8GHz/Windows XP) based architecture for baseband signal processing and PVT solution

BD-2/GPS Receiver Baseband IC Design, 2008-2009, Principle Investigator        Main Features include:

 

        multi-mode: Compass-2, GPS

        tri-frequency: Compass B1, GPS/Galileo L1/E1

        FPGA (Altera Cyclone EP3C120) architecture for baseband signal processing and PVT solution

        36 real time tracking channels
