Degree Background
Bachelor's or master's degree in EE/ECE/CS or related field.
Language Proficiency
HSK 4 score ≥195; non-native English speakers: TOEFL ≥80 or IELTS ≥6.5.
Recommendations
Two academic recommendation letters (associate professor or above).
