Research Status

Dr. Xue Feng has published more than 130 papers on academic journals and conferences with topics of optoelectronic devices. From 2009, he is dedicated to the integrated optoelectronic devices with nano/micro structure on silicon platform. The main research interests include integrated photonic orbital angular momentum emitter, new photonic functional devices and photonic integrated circuit.
