On the morning of May 24, the Department of Electronic Engineering held the 26th Salon Activity for Retired Faculty Members at the Rohm Building. This salon invited Mr. Feng Xue from the Institute of Information Optoelectronic Technology to make a special report titled "rotating photons, dancing optical wave", mainly introducing the basic concept, development history and possible applications of optical orbital angular momentum. Finally, Mr. Cai Simin was invited to share his photographic work about birds "I like to shoot birds (2)", and interested teachers exchanged photography techniques together. A total of over 40 retired teachers participated in this activity.

In order to enrich the life of retired faculty members and strengthen their relationship and their communication and exchange with the department, the Department of Electronic Engineering organizes the Salon Activity for Retired Faculty Members once a month. The activity is generally welcomed by the old teachers.
