On the whole day of November 2, the Party Committee of the Department of Electronic Engineering held an exchange meeting of education research achievements themed by "remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" in the Rohm Building. Based on the theme education work program, around the division of labor of their own research topics and combined with the previous research results, all party members and cadres explained the research achievements and gains in sequence on the bottleneck core issues of scientific research and new challenges of students' ideology and politics work at the exchange meeting. Participants discussed the content of the research report, further formed suggestions on revision and conducted the detailed planning of future work. Then the concentrated learning and discussion of Education Theme V was conducted. The topic is themed by "comprehensively strengthen party discipline and uphold integrity and self-discipline". More than 20 people including party and government leading bodies, members of the Party Committee, secretary of the Party Branch of faculty members, directors of all institutes, leaders of the Student Working Group and leaders of the Postgraduate Working Group of the Department of Electronic Engineering participated.

At the meeting, Party Committee Secretary Jin Depeng made a key speech onComprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline Starts from Every Ordinary Party Member. Jin Depeng emphasized that every ordinary party member should pay high attention to the comprehensive and strict party governance mentally, every ordinary party member should have the responsibility, every ordinary party member must be strict with himself, and every ordinary party member must truly play an exemplary and vanguard role. He called on every ordinary party member to be guided by the speech delivered by the general secretary and implement the spirit of comprehensive and strict party governance into our thoughts and actions. Shen Yuan, member of the Party Committee and leader of the Student Working Group of the Party Committee, made a key speech entitledComprehensively Strengthen Party Discipline and Uphold Integrity and Self-discipline. Shen Yuan shared his experience of making an example, strictly grasping ideological building, and trying out curriculum ideology and politics and financial system for student activities from three different identities of the college and university teacher, member of the party committee, and leader of the Student Working Group. Xiang Hongli, Member of the Party Committee made a keynote speech. Combined with her own work characteristics of teaching office, Xiang Hongli talked about her experience of making an example, being honest and self-disciplined, and consciously accepting supervision especially for the enrollment work. She emphasized that it takes good iron to make good products and she strived to achieve "self-respect, self-examination, self-warning, and self-encouragement" in building a clean government. Huang Zhen, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Aerospace Center, made a key speech. Combining his long-term experience in military defense projects, Huang Zhen explained the significance of comprehensively strengthening party discipline, and emphasized the need to persevere in correcting the style to strive for the overwhelming victory in struggle against corruption.

After learning Theme V, all party members and cadres firmly believed that comprehensively strengthening party discipline is always on the road.
