The topic is themed by "being active in being capable of outstanding achievements and being determined to serve the country through education". Zhuang Zhuo, leader of the 10th Steering Group of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University on Theme Education, participated in the learning seminar and gave guidance. Academician Lu Jianhua, Dean of the School of Information Science and Technology, also participated in the learning seminar. More than 20 people including party and government leading bodies, members of the Party Committee, secretary of the Party Branch of faculty members, directors of all institutes, leaders of the Student Working Group and leaders of the Postgraduate Working Group of the Department of Electronic Engineering participated.
